Due to “Measures for public companies to postpone shareholders' meetings for pandemic prevention”, the Company suspended the convening of 2021 shareholders’ meeting on 28 June 2021.
The Company will postpone the shareholders’ meeting to dates between 1 July and 31 August 2021 through the passage of a resolution by the board of directors.
Shareholders are reminded that the June 28 meeting date stated in the recent meeting notice is no longer valid. The revised meeting date will be announced at the MOPS and shareholders will be notified separately by mail.
