Screening process
We will first screen potential candidates based on educational backgrounds, academic theses, school performance, work experience, professional certificates, and other criteria and contact suitable candidates to arrange an interview.
In the case that there is no suitable opening for a candidate, we will place the candidate’s resume in our database and contact him/her when a position becomes available.
Interview
At the next stage, ALi’s human resources department and supervisors in charge will conduct interviews with job applicants during which applicants will have a chance to learn about the job content and the company. After the interview, the applicant will be notified of the results by phone or email in 7-21 days.
Offer letter
Upon internal discussion, if a hiring decision is made, the applicant will first be informed by phone, followed by a written offer letter sent via registered mail.
