ALi (3041 TT) – ALi Reports 2018 First Quarter
ALi Corporation (3041 TT) today held its 2018 first quarter earnings conference call. Its first-quarter revenue reached NT$552 million, representing a decrease of 18% quarter-over-quarter. The gross profit of NT$167 million with consolidated gross margin of 30%,up three percentage point compared to last year. The operating expense was NT$363 million, down from NT$402 million in the previous quarter. As a result, the operating loss narrowed down to -NT$196 million, from -NT$205 million in the previous quarter, net loss of NT$96 million, and basic earnings per share of -NT$0.33.
In the first quarter, free-to-air STB, Pay-TV operator STB and others (non-STB) accounted for 40-45%, 50-55%, and 0-5% of the total consolidated revenue, respectively.

ALi Corporation (3041 TT) today announced its unaudited consolidated revenue for April 2018 reached NT$ 203 million, representing a 22.91% month-over-month increase and a 30.38% year-over-year decrease, respectively. The month-over-month sales increase was mainly due to contribution from Pay-TV operator market in emerging countries.

ALi (3041 TT) - ALi Reports 2017 Fourth Quarter & Annual Results
ALi Corporation (3041 TT) today held its 2017 fourth quarter earnings conference call. Its fourth-quarter revenue reached NT$675 million, representing a decrease of 21% quarter-over-quarter. The gross profit was NT$197 million. The gross margin remained at 29%, about the same level as the previous quarter.
Additionally, the company announced 2017 consolidated annual revenue of NT$3,187 million, consolidated gross profit of NT$913 million with consolidated gross margin of 29%, consolidated operating loss of NT$635 million, net loss of NT$469 million, and basic earnings per share of -NT$1.60 for the year ended Dec 31st ,2017.
In the fourth quarter, free-to-air STB, Pay-TV operator STB and others (non-STB) accounted for 45-50%, 40-45%, and 5-10% of the total consolidated revenue, respectively. In FY 2017, free-to-air STB, Pay-TV operator STB and others (non-STB) accounted for 50-55%, 40-45%, and 5-10% of the total consolidated revenue, respectively.

ALi (3041 TT) Monthly Sales Report –Feb 2018
ALi Corporation (3041 TT) today announced its unaudited consolidated revenue for February 2018 reached NT$ 147 million, representing a -38.2% month-over-month and -34.2% year-over-year, respectively. The company expressed that the month-over-month sales decrease in February was mainly due to Chinese New Year holiday.
ALi and Videocon d2h Limited recently announced their strategic integration for the development of the next-generation high-definition (HD) digital STB. The joint solution by ALi and Videocon signifies the next phase of TV digitalization in India where SD-to-HD conversion takes place. Furthermore, ALi is showcasing at the Convergence India 2018 during March 7-9 with a full lineup of chipsets addressing to the new phase growth in India.
